The effective date for the validity of these conditions is 01/01/2019, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. Website
The website of Villa Magnolia has been developed with software from internet agency Elloro. On the Villa Magnolia website you can submit a request via the contact form, the voucher request form or the 'call me back' form. Your personal data is requested here. This data is not shared with Elloro, but is used by Villa Magnolia to meet your request. You should be aware that Villa Magnolia is not responsible for the privacy policy of other sites and sources. By using this website you agree to the privacy policy.

Bookings system Mews 
We use the platform Mews to make online reservations. Both companies process your name, address, city details and any payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Both companies apply technical organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mews applies technical organizational measures to protect your personal data. They have an ISO 27001 certificate. This is a globally recognized information security standard. In addition, they also have a PCI DSS certificate, which is an important security standard for organizations that process and store cardholder data. Mailchimp
For sending newsletters we use the software Mailchimp, a party that takes care of sending newsletters. Mailchimp will never use your name and e-mail address for its own purposes. Your personal data is stored securely by Mailchimp. Mailchimp uses cookies and other technologies that provide insight into whether newsletters are opened and read. Mailchimp reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and, within that context, to share information with third parties.

Webhost
Villa Magnolia uses the Outlook services for the regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Outlook has no access to our mailbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.

General
We use your data solely for the purpose of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment that you provide. Your data will not be shared with third parties, other than to meet accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all held to confidentiality on the basis of the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.

The automatic collection of data
